H.O.M.E.
Housing Occupants Mobilization Effort is comprised of residents from each RHA development and addresses issues which affect the quality of life of public housing residents.
This organization has the responsibility of working with RHA for the good of all. Every resident listed on the lease agreement 18 years of age or older or legally emancipated is automatically a general, non-voting member of H.O.M.E. Two voting representatives from each development are elected to represent that development on the HOME Board of Directors. Alternates may also be elected to vote in the absence of a Director.
Meetings are monthly.
