Rockford day or 815 day is celebrated on August 15th. the day aims to celebrate the people, places, and things that make Rockford unique. This year is a little different in the case of the city encouraging residents to celebrate the entire weekend; from Friday, August 13th through Sunday, August 15th.
Rockford Day is a day to enjoy the city you reside in. Shop local, visit a restaurant downtown, learn the history of Rockford, or take a nice river walk through Sinnissippi.
